Return & Refund Policy Thank you for shopping with Sannip. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return & Refund Policy. This policy applies to all products purchased through our application or services. ---
1. Interpretation & Definitions Application – refers to the software program named Sannip, provided by the Company and downloaded on any electronic device. 2. Order Cancellation Rights You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods without giving a reason. The 7-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive the product (or a third party you appoint, other than the carrier, receives it). To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us clearly (e.g., written request). 3. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days. The Goods are in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include: Products made to your specifications or personalized. Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, or any product past its expiry date. Items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once opened/unsealed. Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. ⚠️ Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. 4. Returning Goods Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Goods must be returned through the delivery executive assigned by Sannip. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Using a trackable/insured return method is recommended. Refunds will only be issued once the returned Goods are received and verified. ---
5. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once processed, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver. ---
