Terms & Conditions – Sannip 1. Registration & Accounts Customers are required to register and log in to the application before placing any order. You must ensure that your account information and registration details are always accurate and up to date to enable proper communication regarding your purchases. By registering, you agree to receive promotional communications and newsletters from Sannip. You may opt out anytime by unsubscribing from promotional emails and notifications. 2. Pricing Sannip ensures that product prices listed on the application are accurate and transparent. The price displayed at the time of placing an order will be the price charged at the time of delivery. While most product prices remain stable, items such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and eggs may fluctuate daily according to the market. Prices will be updated regularly. 3. Order Delivery Orders are delivered on the same day by Sannip’s delivery partners directly from the vendors listed on the application. 4. Order Cancellation Customers may cancel their orders within the specified cut-off time. Once a seller has confirmed the order, cancellation will not be possible. If you cancel your order within the cut-off time and have already paid, the refund will be credited to your bank account. 5. Return & Refund Policy Since products are delivered from multiple stores, the return policy may not be applicable to all items. Returns are accepted only for selected products purchased from supermarkets, hypermarkets, or general stores, and only in cases such as expiry date issues. Returns will not be accepted if the product seal/packaging has been opened. Once a return is accepted and the product is picked up, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account. All refunds are processed strictly through bank transactions. 6. Products Product images shown in the application are for reference only. However, images of groceries and other items are representative of the actual products. 7. Modification of Terms & Conditions Sannip reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
